BEVERAGES

We are required by North Carolina law and good common sense to insure that only persons over 21 years of age consume alcoholic beverages. All cocktails will be billed on a consumption basis.Therefore, we cannot allow any liquor to be brought in from an outside source.

BILLING

A 50% deposit is required based on the anticipated cost of your function prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be settled at the conclusion of the function.

DAMAGES

Patrons agree tobe responsible for any damages to the facilites caused during the time they are under the patron's control.

GUARANTEES

We request a final head count 72 hours prior to the function. (For Monday functions, notice is required by 3PM Wednesday). If no final count is given the projected number will be considered correct..

FOOD CONSUMPTION

All food prepared for parties is intended to be consumed during the function and is not to be removed fromthe premises.

MENU SELECTION

The selections listed are intended as suggestions. If you have any other requirements or wishes, please consult us to see what else we can design. No food s to be brought onto the premises from an outside source with the exception of cake.

PRICES

Prices listed may be subject to change due to fluctuation in market prices.

TAX & GRATUITY

Prices quoted do not include North Carolina sales tax or the standard 18% gratuity for the service staff, unless otherwise indicated in the contract.
